Job summary

Inspire Early Education in Missouri is seeking a Childcare Director to lead and mentor a diverse team while ensuring a high-quality early learning program. You will engage with families daily, oversee center operations with a business mindset, and support staff development to align with the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field (AA accepted) and at least two years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field.
• At least two years of center leadership experience in a childcare program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Engage with your team and families daily.
• Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset - making decisions for the betterment of the childcare center.
• Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success.
• Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.
