Job summary

Jovie in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a warm, engaging nanny to provide care in families' homes. You will play, read, and do crafts with children, creating a fun and educational environment while ensuring safety and well-being.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of childcare experience, 2–3 strong references, reliable transportation, and a data-enabled phone for assignments. Part-time hours (12–30 per week) include weekday afternoons and weekends, with mileage reimbursements available.

Pay range:

$20 per hour to $26 per hour per hour + sibling care bonuses + guaranteed mileage reimbursements (up to $25 an hour)

Responsibilities And Requirements

• An engaging, child-focused individual who is willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, and other activities in families' homes. This isn't watching....this job means "doing".
• At least 1 year of childcare or nanny experience
• At least 2-3 childcare references are required
• Part-time schedules are available (12 - 30 hours per week) - Weekday afternoons & Weekends are our biggest need!
• Reliable and insured transportation is required to travel to various family homes, families may also request drop off and pickup for activities during your shift
• Cell phone with data to accept and record assignments
