Job summary

Jovie in California is seeking a caring nanny to provide engaging, child-centered care in families’ homes. This part-time role offers 12–30 hours per week, with weekday afternoons and weekends in high demand. Pay ranges from $18 to $21.50 per hour, plus sibling care bonuses and guaranteed mileage reimbursements up to $23 per hour.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of childcare experience and 2–3 childcare references. Reliable, insured transportation and a cell phone with data are required.

Responsibilities And Requirements

• An engaging, child-focused individual who is willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, and other activities in families' homes. This isn't watching....this job means "doing".
• At least 1 year of childcare or nanny experience
• At least 2-3 childcare references are required
• Part-time schedules are available (12 - 30 hours per week) - Weekday afternoons & Weekends are our biggest need!
• Reliable and insured transportation is required to travel to various family homes, families may also request drop off and pickup for activities during your shift
• Cell phone with data to accept and record assignments
