Job summary

Jovie-1 is seeking a caring nanny to join families in the Santa Clara area. This hands-on role focuses on active engagement with children, including play, reading, and crafts, in family homes.

The position offers $20–$26 per hour with sibling care bonuses and mileage reimbursements up to $25 per hour. Part-time hours (12–30 weekly) and a supportive team, orientation, and CPR/First Aid training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of childcare or nanny experience.
• 2–3 childcare references required.
• Part-time schedules are available (12–30 hours per week); Weekday afternoons & Weekends in biggest need.
• Reliable and insured transportation to travel to various family homes; background checks may apply.
• Cell phone with data to accept and record assignments.

Responsibilities

• Engage children with play, reading, and crafts in families' homes.
• Provide safe, caring supervision and age-appropriate activities.
• Follow each family's routines and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with families about activities and progress.
