Job summary

TNT Strong is seeking energetic, dependable caregivers to join our Lil' Dynamites childcare team inside our 24/7 fitness facility. This part-time role reports to the Operations Manager and involves supervising children, coordinating activities, and maintaining a safe, welcoming space.

The ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and patient, with strong communication. Previous childcare experience is preferred; CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or related roles preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor children in the childcare area.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities including games, crafts, coloring, storytelling and creative play.
• Keep the childcare space safe, clean and organized.
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff.
• Follow all childcare safety and sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Report any injury, incident or parent concern to a supervisor immediately and document it.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere for families.
