Job summary

Foundations Early Learning Center in Savannah is hiring a Childcare Program Manager to lead teacher training, guidance on curriculum, and classroom operations. The role includes hiring support, collaboration with the Center Director, and ensuring materials and compliance.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive hourly pay and advancement opportunities. Applicants should have 21+ years old, a CDA/TCC or higher, 2–5 years as a lead teacher, and knowledge of Creative

• Ensure classroom lesson plans are completed and implemented.
• Assist with the hiring and on-boarding of new teachers.
• Work collaboratively with Center Director to provide feedback, assess needs, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure adequate classroom materials.
• Develop and track teacher professional development plans.
• Complete classroom observations and growth plans, as needed.
• Coordinate and facilitate semi-annual parent/teacher conferences.
• Plan, coordinate, and assist in the execution of summer camp.
• Ensure all regulatory and company policies are observed in classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of a CDA or TCC required
• Associate's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
• At least 2 - 5 years of experience as a lead teacher in a licensed childcare facility required.
• Creative Curriculum experience/knowledge required
• Must possess knowledge and understanding of all current state and local regulations.
• Proficient computer skills in a wide variety of business-related software programs.
• Meet all state requirements for classroom teaching positions, and maintain state in-service requirements.

Position Available in the Richmond Hill and Savannah area

Hourly Pay Range: $19-$20/per hour

Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.
