Job summary

Foundations Early Learning Center in Anderson, SC is hiring a Toddler Teacher Assistant to support a safe, nurturing classroom and help children learn through hands-on, STEAM-focused activities.

You will work Mondays–Fridays with a competitive hourly wage of $15-$17 per hour, with pay increases based on education, experience, and performance. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, ongoing training, and paid time off as the program expands.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children.
• At least 18-years-old.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a licensed daycare or preschool.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ECD 101 preferred.
• ABC Quality experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.

Hourly Pay Range

$15-$17 per hour

Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.
