Job summary

Foundations Early Learning Center in Anderson, SC is hiring a School Age Teacher to support our STEAM-focused classrooms and after-school programs. Join a team that values hands-on learning and growth for both children and staff.

You will bring at least 6 months of teacher experience in licensed settings, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to drive a 14-passenger minibus. We offer competitive pay, PTO, paid training, and tuition reimbursement through TEACH.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience as a teacher in a licensed day care, childcare center or preschool.
• Experience working with School Age or Summer Camp is required.
• Willingness to drive a 14-passenger minibus (no CDL required).
• Clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BSAC (Basic School Age Care Certification) / ECD 101 preferred.
• Successful completion of state background check and health assessments.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be 21 years of age.

Hourly Pay Range

$15- $18 per hour Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.
