Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year childcare classroom experience.
• Background checks must be passed; CDA or AA preferred.
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.
• Compensation: $16-21 per hour, based on education and childcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate one week in advance using current curriculum guides.
• Implement lesson plans and curriculum weekly across all areas of child development and use the parent communication app.
• Establish a professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of each child and maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Maintain child assessments and conduct biannual parent/teacher conferences in November and May.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and fulfill physical requirements.
• Carry out daily classroom responsibilities for child care.
