Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of program experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Manages children's behaviors, communication, and participation in program activities; upholds staff-to-student ratios and policies.
• Aids in planning and executing educational and recreational activities; supports children; coordinates personal care and meal items.
• Implements and maintains health and safety protocols in the children's program facility.
• Watches and evaluates developmental progress; creates routines; follows playground supervision guidelines; handles emergencies.
• May undertake other vital job functions for the department.
