Responsibilities

• Monitors children's behavior, communication, and engagement; ensures staff-to-student ratios are met and follows policies and disciplinary guidelines.
• Teaches, supervises, and encourages preschool children.
• Assists, inspires, and interacts with children during classroom activities; promotes exploration and play.
• Engages with parents, staff, and school personnel at the site and participates in team meetings.
• Other duties as required by the department.
