Job summary

Learning Care Group in Mishawaka, IN is seeking an Assistant Director to help run a safe, effective school community day-to-day.

You will work with the School Director to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, ensure licensing standards, recruit and retain quality staff, and deliver a positive, supportive workplace with strong benefits and growth opportunities. This role offers flexibility and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
