Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee daily school operations in partnership with the School Director, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children.

You will lead a team, promote social, physical, and intellectual growth, and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision.
• In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
• The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
