New Horizon Academy Rochester is seeking a Childcare Aide to join our energetic team in the Float classroom. This full-time position offers a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for working with children, a positive work ethic, and a collaborative mindset. Wages start at $15.75–$16.80 per hour with a sign-on bonus eligible for qualified applicants.
