Job summary

New Horizon Academy in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Childcare Aide to join our caring team. This role supports classroom activities, assists lead teachers, and helps create a warm, engaging environment for young learners.

The position offers a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with an hourly wage in the listed range. Prior childcare experience is welcome but not required, and we provide opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must meet state qualifications for the listed position.
• Previous Early Childhood Education experience preferred but not required.
• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
