Job summary

New Horizon Academy, Inc. is seeking a childcare aide to join our Plymouth, MN team. The role focuses on supporting caregivers in our classrooms and delivering engaging early childhood activities in a warm, team-oriented setting.

Flexible, full-time Monday–Friday schedules are required. Prior childcare experience is preferred but not mandatory, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
• Experience in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Must meet state background check and work eligibility requirements.
