Job summary

New Horizon Academy Iowa, Inc in Pella, IA is seeking energetic, nurturing teachers to join our growing early childhood education team. You will inspire and support young learners in a caring classroom setting from 6:30am to 6:00pm.

We offer a wage range of $14.40-$20.50 per hour, dependent on experience and education, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, a 401K with company match, paid time off, discounted childcare, and opportunities for career growth. EOE.

Qualifications

• Meets state qualifications for the listed position.
• Has a passion for working with young children.
• Has interest in starting or continuing education in early childhood education or a related field.
• Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Has documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
• Has the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
