Just Kids Christian Academy in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Childcare Administrative & Classroom Support Assistant. This Full-Time role blends front-office duties with occasional classroom assistance, supporting enrollment, billing, records, and family communications while helping teachers during everyday operations.

Ideal candidates have administrative or childcare experience, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to work with infants through preschool.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or childcare experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Friendly, professional, dependable, and flexible.
• Basic computer proficiency; Procare experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to assist in classrooms as needed.
• Must meet Texas childcare background check and applicable caregiver requirements.

Responsibilities

• Front Office & Administrative Support: greet families, answer phones, manage communications, schedule tours, enrollments, and billing tasks, maintain records, and support daily operations.
• Classroom Support: assist teachers during breaks and transitions, supervise children, and follow licensing requirements and center policies.
