Job summary

Commander, Navy Installations Command invites applications for a Part-Time CYP Food Service Worker in Pensacola. Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
• Copy of diploma/GED/ transcripts must be submitted when applying.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation (peel potatoes, wash vegetables, assemble sandwiches, weigh ingredients) and stock carts for family-style dining.
• Wraps, arranges, and/or packages items for serving to children and youth.
• Transport food from kitchen to classrooms; return carts; dispose of waste.
• Pre-rinse and wash pots, pans, dishes; clean prep areas; operate dishwasher.
• Maintain clean work areas per NAVMED P5010 and local policies; store and label items.
• Comply with security, fire, sanitation rules and CACFP requirements; perform other duties as assigned.
• Serve as mandatory reporter for suspected child abuse per local policy.
