Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a Child and Youth Services assistant to provide developmental care for children and youth aged 6 weeks to 18 years. You will supervise activities, assist with curriculum-based plans, and help ensure safety during field trips and daily routines.

Requirements include at least an 18-year-old applicant, a high school diploma or GED, effective English communication, and satisfactory background checks along with immunization and health screenings as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks required and immunization requirements enforced.
• Must pass E-Verify and pre-employment physical.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and supervise children.
• Duties include supervising activities and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmental care and instruction to children and youth ages 6 weeks to 18 years.
• Supervise and track whereabouts and safety during routines and activities.
• Assist in implementing planned activities and schedules using prepared curriculum.
