Army Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) seeks an entry-level Child and Youth Services worker in the Augusta, GA area. The role involves caring for children aged 6 weeks to 18 years, supervising activities, and delivering developmentally appropriate programs under DoD guidelines.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate English communication skills. Immunization and background checks are required, with possible evening/weekend shifts.

Competenze

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children/youth is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Provides appropriate developmental care and instruction for children and youth, ages 6 weeks to 18 years, in CYS programs.
• Actively supervises and accounts for whereabouts and safety of children and youth during routines, activities, trips, and events.
• Assists in implementing planned, developmentally appropriate activities using prepared curricula and materials.
• Helps arrange for or serve snacks or meals.
• Identifies and responds to emergencies including evacuations and health needs.
