Job summary

Navy Region Southeast Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks CYP Assistants Multi-Level to directly engage and supervise children and youth in DoD programs at Fort Worth. You will support curriculum, safety, and developmental activities while coordinating with parents and staff.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, monitoring environments, and ensuring compliance with DoD policies, with a focus on healthy nutrition, safety, and positive youth development.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Completion of DoD training requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Ability to promote and foster effective working relationships with children, youth, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provides care and supervision for program participants following DoD policies.
• Develops schedules and activity plans aligned with curriculum.
• Interacts professionally with parents and staff and documents progress.
• Ensures safety, health, and nutrition practices are followed during activities.
