Camelot Community Care is seeking a Unit Supervisor for Child Welfare Case Management in Orlando, FL. You will oversee a unit of 6-10 case managers, ensure continuity of care and permanency, and lead quality assurance and data reporting to meet contract outcomes.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, coordinating with community providers, and guiding adoption activities, court-related tasks, and risk management to support children and families served by the unit.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or psychology or other Human Services discipline required.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field with five years of experience may be considered in lieu of the master's.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit of 6-10 Child Welfare Case Managers and support staff.
• Provide case management oversight and staff supervision.
• Conduct ongoing quality assurance reviews for contract compliance.
• Oversee case management services from intake to closure and ensure permanency.
• Monitor reporting and data entry for the unit and ensure contract outcomes.
• Develop relationships with community providers and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Lead adoption activities and supervise related documentation and court matters.
• Manage risk and coordinate Independent Living requirements for qualifying cases.
