Job summary

IntelliBee in Durham, NC seeks a contracted Child Welfare Trainer/Content Developer to analyze CWIS functionality and translate it into engaging adult-learning materials. You will design, develop, and maintain classroom and eLearning content for statewide implementation.

You will collaborate with the Training Lead, business and agile teams, SMEs and developers to craft materials, templates, and scripts in FrameMaker and related tools, and you’ll deliver effective in-person and virtual trainings

Qualifications

• Curriculum design experience for adult learners.
• 3+ years understanding NC social services programs.
• Translate NC FAST functionality into learning materials.
• Coordinate scheduling and QA checks on training materials.
• Collaborate with training developers, SMEs and tech support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CWIS functionality to develop classroom and eLearning courses.
• Design and develop training materials and course materials.
• Develop and maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts.
• Deliver classroom facilitator-led training and virtual facilitation.
• Collaborate with Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams, and Development Team to understand requirements and develop materials.
• Maintain and revise training materials for instructional training of adult learners.
• Translate software functionality into effective learning materials.
