Job summary

DataStaff, Inc. in Durham, NC seeks a Child Welfare Trainer/Content Developer to design and deliver training for the Child Welfare Information System (CWIS). The role includes developing classroom and eLearning content and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective learning solutions.

The position is hybrid (onsite 2–3 days per month) with statewide travel up to 25%. Experience with LMS, content design, and Adobe training tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3 years designing training for adult learners.
• Understands social services programs driving county/state staff.
• Ability to schedule, prepare for QA checks on training materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CWIS training implementation.
• Develop classroom and eLearning materials for CWIS.
• Collaborate with Training Lead, SMEs, Dev Team to design trainings.
• Revise materials and deliver in varied formats.
