Job summary

Wake County Department of Social Services seeks a Child Welfare Quality Assurance Reviewer to coordinate, monitor, and report on comprehensive qualitative and quantitative reviews ensuring alignment with Federal and North Carolina child welfare standards.

The role provides consultation and technical assistance to strengthen practice, improve outcomes, and support resources to exceed PDP benchmarks across the child welfare programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 3 years of job-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and NC child welfare policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and report on qualitative and quantitative reviews.
• Provide coaching and technical assistance to staff.
• Support PDP benchmarks and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with caseworkers and supervisors to validate data.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
