Job summary
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Division of Social Services seeks a Human Services Program Consultant II to lead or assist formal reviews of local Children’s Services program administration across all 100 counties. You will analyze outcome data, staffing and caseload patterns, and discuss data findings with county teams.
Responsibilities include planning and facilitating Regional CQI meetings, preparing data visualizations, and drafting meeting minutes to guide
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a discipline specific to the program and four years of experience, including two in supervisory or consultative capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline specific to the program and six years of experience, including two in supervisory or consultative capacity.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify.
Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in formal reviews of local Children’s Services program administration across all 100 counties.
- Evaluate outcome data, staffing and caseload patterns, and discuss data analyses with county staff.
- Plan and facilitate Regional CQI meetings, analyze data, create visualizations, and draft emails and meeting minutes.
