The South Carolina Department of Social Services is seeking a Child Welfare Services Team Leader - Investigations in Laurens County to supervise case managers, ensure timely investigations, and uphold safety and permanency for children. The role requires coaching, training, on-call support, and strong collaboration with families and partners.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct supervision to case managers in Child Welfare Service - Investigation.
• Ensure timely initial investigations and address safety and risk concerns.
• Promote safety, permanency and well-being through policy fidelity and case reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of the FAST and accurate case documentation.
• Engage with families, locate non-custodial parents and kinship supports.
• Coordinate with courts and prepare packets for legal proceedings.
