Under general supervision, the FSS Supervisor directs CPS Intake and In-Home staff, provides training on policies, supports professional development, and collaborates with leadership to improve child welfare operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs the activities of a CPS unit of FSS, planning, assigns, reviews, and manages their day-to-day work.
• Provides direction, guidance, and training on policy, and implements best practices for CPS areas of work.
• Works with the child welfare leadership team to develop local policies and practices to improve agency operations.
