• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field with two years of relevant experience.
• Two years of supervisory or leadership experience in human services preferred.
• Knowledge of policies/regulations in human services; ability to interpret laws and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and administrative supervision to a team of professional social workers.
• Oversees CPS intake and in-home services and ensures timely service delivery.
• Coaches staff, reviews casework, and conducts regular supervision meetings.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and analyzes caseload statistics.
• Collaborates with partners and stakeholders to improve service delivery.
