Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent with two years of related experience in human services.
• Supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of policies, procedures and regulations governing human services and casework supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of social workers.
• Supervise, train, lead, and develop staff; monitor case management services.
• Develop local policies and practices to improve agency operations.
• Participate in hiring processes and represent CPS in meetings with partners.
