Responsibilities

• Initial Actions: implement action plans from new intake and follow up on case developments.
• Case Reviews: conduct visits and evaluate family needs and progress.
• CPS Investigations: perform child protective services investigations to ensure safety.
• Service Access: coordinate with providers so families receive needed resources.
• Family Support: monitor progress and work toward stabilization of the family unit.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 12 credits in sociology / social sciences

Two years of experience as County Social Services Aide 3

Equivalent combination including 12 credits and paraprofessional experience
