Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years of related case management experience or 1 year in a lower level Child Welfare Svcs Case Mgr role.
• Experience in social services, child welfare, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and guides staff; directs service delivery and workload planning.
• Conducts home-visit evaluations and gathers information for assessments.
• Coordinates services and tracks client activities across foster care and in-home interventions.
• Initiates legal processes for guardianship, protective services, placement, or adoption.
• Maintains documentation and prepares reports consistent with state and federal requirements.
