Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of job-related case management experience.
• Preference for supervisory lead experience or Master’s degree in a related behavioral science field.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and plans work of assigned staff.

• Ensures timely actions for at-risk clients.
• Coordinates services and tracks client activity.
