Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of job-related case management experience; or one year at a lower level.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws applicable to child welfare services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and plan work of assigned staff.
• Access and record client and community resource information.
• Collect evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare reports according to rules and regulations.
• Coordinate and monitor services, including tracking of client's activities.
• Develop case plans utilizing community resources to meet custodial needs.
• Initiate legal processes for guardianship, protective services, placement or adoption.
