Net Community Care, a division of Northeast Treatment Center, is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to lead a team of case managers serving children, youth and families in the Philadelphia region. The role focuses on coaching, professional development, and ensuring high-quality case management aligned with NCC policies.

The Supervisor will maintain operational and financial responsibility for the unit, guide staff in problem-solving, and ensure services meet city, state, and federal

Competenze

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSS or MSW) required.
• Three years of social work supervising experience, preferably in the field of child welfare.
• Three years of direct social work experience, one of which has been at the full performance level in child welfare.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus!
• Adult and Pediatric CPR Certification Required
• PA Child Abuse Clearance required
• PA Mandated Child Abuse Reporter Training Required
• FBI Clearance required
• PA Criminal Clearance required
• Health Assessment required
• TB Test required
