Net Community Care is a division of Northeast Treatment Services (NET), a non-profit organization serving the Philadelphia region. As a designated Community Umbrella Agency (CUA) for the Department of Human Services, Net Community Care operates CUA1 and CUA7, providing comprehensive child welfare services focused on safety, permanency, and family well‑being. Grounded in trauma-informed care and cultural humility, the organization works to stabilize families, support youth development, and ensure children can grow in safe, nurturing, and permanent homes.
Case Managers must have a strong understanding of child welfare protective services and the needs of high-risk, vulnerable families. Client families are referred by the Department of Human Services due to concerns related to parenting skills, safety, and the ability to maintain children in a safe and stable environment. In this role, the Case Manager partners with families to strengthen parenting practices, enhance protective capacities, and create a nurturing home environment that promotes child safety, well‑being, and permanency.
