Paycom - ATS in Lincoln, RI is seeking a ChildWatch Associate to help provide a safe, enriching environment for children. Under the direction of the Membership Director, you will assist and implement programs to promote growth, learning and fun.

Responsibilities include assisting daily operations, maintaining child-to-staff ratios, delivering age-appropriate activities, supervising attentively, and upholding YMCA values. Requires strong communication and physical stamina; entry at 16+.

Qualificações

• Must possess oral, auditory and written communications skills appropriate for interacting with both children and adults.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days of hire date.
• Minimum 16 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day to day operation of Child-Watch.
• Implement a developmentally age appropriate program.
• Maintain ratio at all times.
• Provide careful, attentive supervision and stay alert at all times.
• Upholds YMCA core values: Building character, Healthy Spirit, Mind, and Body.
• Communicate well with program members in a positive manner at all times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
