The Plano YMCA is hiring a Child Watch Attendant to supervise children in the member nursery and provide a safe, engaging environment during the 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM shift. This part-time role requires energy, patience, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, maintaining safety, and following YMCA policies. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and willing to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.

Qualificações

• Requires strong patience and the ability to engage young children.
• Ability to plan age-appropriate games and activities.
• Must be physically able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise children in the YMCA member nursery and ensure safety at all times.
• Plan and supervise age-appropriate activities to keep children engaged.
• Maintain clean and safe area; perform general housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Follow YMCA policies and procedures, including safety and emergency protocols.
