Qualifications

• Experience implementing therapeutic or behavioral interventions with children showing challenging behaviors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and team members.
• Ability to provide support in structured environments following planned routines.
• Knowledge or experience with developmental repair models or similar therapies a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic situations.
