Job summary

Kid's Thrive Southern Columbus is seeking a Day Treatment Pediatric Therapist to provide child-centered therapy on a full-time day-shift schedule in Southern Columbus, Ohio.

You will develop individualized treatment goals, collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and follow ethical and privacy standards while creating a developmentally appropriate, engaging therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a therapy discipline is required.
• Current Ohio licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.
• Experience with children in pediatric, behavioral health, developmental, outpatient, or related settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group therapy to children based on assessed needs and treatment plans.
• Complete evaluations, assessments, and clinical documentation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment goals and interventions.
• Monitor progress toward goals and document changes.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, physicians, and other professionals.
• Educate families on strategies to support progress outside of therapy.
• Participate in treatment planning and MDT meetings.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow standards.
