Job summary

Mower County Health and Human Resources seeks a Child Support Supervisor to lead the Child Support Unit, supervise staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and related experience.
• Experience in child support or collections is required.
• Supervisory or lead-worker experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads Child Support staff and officers.
• Oversees day-to-day operations and compliance training.
• Manages recruitment, transfers, and performance reviews.
• Oversees court processes and arrears management strategies.
• Coordinates program changes with DHS and County Attorney's Office.
• Maintains unit budget and security/access controls.
