The Position

Under close supervision, applies procedures needed to collect current and delinquent child support payments and obtain court orders for support; performs child support fiscal and financial case preparation and management; other related duties as required. These procedures include determining the impact of additional public assistance and/or adjustments; preparing legal documents for establishment and/or modification of child support orders; and reviewing cases for changes in circumstances, accurate withholding orders, and compliance with child support and medical support enforcement.
