Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or substituted as described.
• Experience in fields like child support, investigations, customer service or IV-A programs is acceptable.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations to locate absent parents and establish paternity.
