Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• At least four years of accounting experience or office experience with computer records preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Ability to interact with the public and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Enter child support obligations and related orders into KIDS; manage debt types.
• Initiate and close cases; update case info and CCAP checks.
• Provide customer service to employers and participants; explain payment processes.
• Handle health insurance information and enrollment when applicable.
• Reconcile accounts, prepare deposits, and manage collections in KIDS.
• Monitor court calendar and perform miscellaneous duties.
