The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist (Operations Analyst II) to support the team in Tallahassee. The role focuses on reviewing information, solving problems, and providing guidance to colleagues through QA tasks and case reviews.

JOB SUMMARY

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • One year of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing others.
  • One year of experience performing quality reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Two years of Child Support Program experience interacting with customers via chat or contact center phone system.
  • Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.
  • Two years of experience in effective communication through a variety of methods (report writing, public speaking, presentations) to a diverse internal and external audience.
PREFERENCES
  • Preference given to candidates with prior experience with the Compliance process.
SPECIAL NOTES
  • This role is eligible for telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.
  • The work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • An Alternative Screening Tool will be used in lieu of a Skills Verification Test.
  • This position is housed in Tallahassee - Central Operations.
