Case Processing Analyst (Revenue Specialist II)

JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Revenue Specialist II position in the Jacksonville Service Center that performs customer support for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with customers and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Initiating and responding to requests
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Researching and resolving case issues
  • Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps

  • Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

SALARY: $38,760.36 - $45,004.08 / annually
