Job summary

Coshocton JFS in Ohio is seeking a compassionate, organized Child Support Case Manager to oversee individually assigned caseloads and ensure compliance with state and county policies. You will work with colleagues and court staff to maintain accurate records and communicate with custodial and noncustodial parents.

The role requires preparing documentation for legal proceedings and building positive relationships to help families understand their responsibilities and the agency’s expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• AND High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• AND Ability to successfully pass a BCI, BCI, and other background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee individually assigned caseloads according to the latest caseload list.
• Ensure compliance with state and county policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other Child Support Case Managers on related cases.
• Maintain accurate records and initiate sustained communication with custodial and noncustodial parents.
• Prepare documentation for legal proceedings and interact with court staff.
