Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution or 4 years as a DCS Case Aide.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Complete required training program successfully.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate referrals and coordinate placements per policy.
• Schedule medical appointments and coordinate with providers.
• Document medical information in Guardian and track records.
• Review work products and provide input on cases.
• Ensure safety, policy compliance, and service delivery.
