Job summary

The Arizona Department of Child Safety is seeking a Case Manager/Child Safety Specialist to serve Mesa, Queen Creek, and surrounding communities. You will respond to allegations, conduct interviews, assess safety, and coordinate services in homes and communities.

This full-time on-site role includes 22 weeks of training, pay progression, and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver’s license and DPS clearance are required; accommodations are available.

Responsibilities

• Work full-time, 40 hours a week on-site/in field; some alternative hours may be required
• Respond to allegations of child abuse or neglect
• Conduct interviews and assess child safety
• Work with families in homes and in the community
• Coordinate services and develop case plans
• Attend court hearings and prepare professional reports
• Transport children and support placement needs
• Manage cases within assigned region
• Collaborate with courts, providers, and partner agencies
